- after selecting your seat(s), have you selected one of the 'delivery options' from the pull-down list?
- on the credit card information form, have you entered information in all of the pink-coloured 'required information' fields
- does the name and address correspond to the information on your credit card bill?
- have you selected the province from the pull-down list?
- is the post code information in the form N5L 1A1 - upper case letters with a space between the first 3 and the last three?
- have you selected from the 'how did you hear about us' list?
